CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT/ RETURN OF
GOODS
To Non Business Customers

There are many articles written about this subject and many
sites that would have you believe situations that are not legal.
We believe that to conform with the Distance Selling
Regulations we have to and will operate under the following guidelines.
1). You the customer have the right to cancel the contract
at any time up to 7 days after the day of taking delivery of the goods.
2). We the supplier, must refund to you the customer the
full value of that contract which includes Postage within 30 days of receipt of
written conformation of cancellation. If you have accepted part of the delivery
then we will not refund the postage aspect of the contract.
What about the goods
I hear you ask.
Believe it or not we are legally bound to refund the
contract without receiving the goods back. Yes, most normal people would view
that as madness but it is the Law. All we can add is that most people are
honest and will have returned the goods before the 30 day period expires.
We in return would ask you to look after our goods and to
return them to us in the original box undamaged. You the customer will be
responsible for the return postage costs. FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item or the
item arrives damaged we would ask you to email us the details, if you could
attach a photograph all the better.
As soon as we receive the details we will endeavor to
replace the item within our normal delivery period. We are however aware that
this can be extremely inconvenient especially when you have an installer
present so will do our utmost to be as fast as possible.
